Low fat, gluten and dairy free, protein and fiber rich, this easy to make pizza is a tasty and healthy alternative to it's carb and fat loaded counterpart. Ingredients

    1 Mission Yellow Corn Tortilla Extra Thin
    2 tbs Chunky Ragu Tomato Garlic Onion
    28 gram Soy-Sation shredded Mozzarella style cheese

Directions

Place oven rack at its highest position and heat oven to low broil. (Or skip this if you prefer to use the microwave)
Place the tortilla on a oven (or microwave) safe baking dish.
Spread the pasta sauce over the tortilla evenly.
Top with the shredded soy-sation mozzerella cheese.
Broil or microwave until the cheese is hot and bubbly.
Carefully transfer the completed pizza to a plate and enjoy!
The crust will not crisp up in the microwave.
