Ingredients

    1 (350 g - 12.5 oz) can Kirkland Signature Chunk Breast of Chicken
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1 medium apple, chopped
    1 cup pineapple chunks
    2 tablespoons plump raisins
    1/8 cup toasted sliced almond
    5 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon curry powder

Directions

Combine chicken, celery, apple, pineapple, raisins, and 2/3 of the almond slices in a large bowl. Mix mayonnaise and curry powder. Pour mayonnaise over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining almond slices.
