Ingredients

    Eggs
    Onions
    Peppers
    Mushrooms
    Cheese
    Salsa

Directions

Buy pre-chopped omelet vegetables (onions, peppers, mushrooms). Mix two eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper to taste. Pour into small frying pan (8'' round) and cook through. Meanwhile, fry veggies in olive oil and add to one side of omelet when ready. Sprinkle with Cheese and Salsa. Fold over then flip and fry for 10 more second. Enjoy!
