Ingredients


    green Onions, raw, 3 tbsp chopped
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, chopped
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .33 cup
    Snap peas, .5 cup
    Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices
    Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated
    No Name Water Chestnuts, 1 cup
    Longkou rice vermicelli 300 grams
    Braggs All Purpose Liquid Soy Seasoning, 6tbsp
    Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, prepared chopped garlic 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 2 tsp
    Kikkoman Kotterin Sweet Cooking Seasoning, 6 tbsp
    Kraft Peanut Butter - Smooth 25% Less Fat, 1 tbsp

Directions

soak noodles in hot water for 3 minutes drain and put in large bowl. finely slice green onions. julien carrots, cucumber and peppers. chop snap peas in 1/2 inch pieces. add remaining veggies. combine remaining ingrediants for the sauce. warm slightly if peanut butter won't dissolve. Stir together well and chill.
Very nice warm as well.
makes aprox 10 1 cup servings
