Ingredients

2 boxes Tennessee Pride all-natural Turkey sausage patties (crumbled in food processor)
1.5 Qt. Fat Free Chicken Broth
1.5 Qt. water
16 oz. tater tots
1 bag Alexia Roasted Red Potatoes & Italian Inspired vege,
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp onion powder
1 pint half & half
3 cups chopped kale
salt & pepper to taste
1 shake ground red pepper
2 shakes dried oregano
Directions
Brown sausage, set aside on paper towel.
In large soup pot, combine frozen tater tots, bag of potatoes w/Italian vegies, chicken broth, and water- heat on high for about 10 minutes until tater tots have broken up and vegetables are heated through. Add sausage, garlic, onion powder, red pepper & oregano- heat through, about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add half & half and kale- heat through- about 10 minutes. Salt & pepper to taste. Serve or cover and keep warm until served.
Makes about 18, 1 cup servings
