Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
    Smith's Cultured Lowfat Buttermilk (1% milkfat), 1/3 cup
    Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, 1/4 cup
    Land O Lakes Light Butter, 1/4 cup
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/4 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Baking Soda, 1/2 tsp
    Pecans, 1/2 cup, chopped
    King Arthur Premium 100% Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup

Directions

In medium size mixing bowl,mix together all dry ingredients except, pecans. Set aside.
In small bowl, mash bananas; add buttermilk and mix well. Add banana mixture to dry ingredients and blend well. Stir in chopped pecans. Pour batter into 2 prepared 9-inch x 5-inch bread pans. Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove bread from pans and cool until slightly warm. Slice each loaf into 8 slices. Serves 16
