    (4) Cups of Flours (all purpose)
    (2) TBSP of Olive Oil
    (2) Tsp of Yeast / or (1) pkg of yeast
    (1) Tsp of Salt
    (1 1/3) Cups of Water - Room temperature


Combine the liquid ingredients into the bread machine.

Add 4 cups of flour and 1 tsp salt.

Create a well in your flour and add your 2 tsp. Yeast.

Set your machine on dough and then press "start."

When dough is complete, you can separate into two pizza (thin crust) or leave as one for pan style.

Preheat oven to 350.

Lightly spread flour on counter and work dough and then transfer dough to cookie sheet or stoneware and press to edges.

Bake dough for 15 minutes (pan style). Remove and add suace and toppings and then return to oven for additional 15 minutes.
