    Phyllo Dough, 8 oz (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 6 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)


Divide the phyllo dough into 2 piles. in a bar pan, lay one sheet of dough, brush it with butter. repeat with the rest of the dough sheets from the first pile. Shred the apples and mix them with sugar. Lay them on top of the dough. Cover them with the rest of the dough sheets. Brush each one with butter as you lay it down. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or untill golden brown. Cover with a towel and allow the steam to soften the sheets of dough.
