    * Parsley, 1 cup, chopped fine
    * Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia), grated
    * Garlic, 4 cloves, minced
    * Egg, fresh, 1 large
    * Egg white, 1 large
    * Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .3 tablespoons
    * Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    * Ground beef, lean, 500 grams


Mix together all of the ingredients. Form into 20 balls (about 2 tablespoons of mixture each). Cook for about 5 minutes on each side in a lightly-oiled skillet.

Makes 20 meatballs-- I usually eat 3 or 4.
Serve with 1 tablespoon of tahini sauce (click on my name to see my recipe), cut veggies, pitas, couscous, or whatever you'd like!
