    1 large orange for 1/4 cup juice
    2 cups fresh basil leaves
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1.5 lb swordfish cut into 1" pieces


Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high.

Combine orange juice, basil leaves, garlic and 1/4 tsp salt in food processor and combine until sauce is smooth.

Season fish lightly with salt and pepper. Put 4 pcs of fish per skewer (leave space between the pieces so they cook evenly). Grill 10 minutes, turn every 2-3 minutes.

Serve drizzled with sauce and grilled veggies on the side.
