Ingredients

    2 lbs. ground venison
    2 eggs
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 cup oat meal
    Seasoned salt to taste
    Onion powder to taste
    Garlic powder to taste
    Pepper to taste

    Sauce
    2 Tbsp brown sugar
    2 Tbsp mustard
    2 Tbsp vinegar

Directions

In a large bowl lightly beat eggs: add tomato sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper. Add venison and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan. Combine brown sugar, mustard and vinegar; pour over meat loaf. Bake uncovered at 350 for 70 minutes. Yield: 12 small servings

    Very Good
    This was a pretty good recipe for a venison meatloaf. I liked it quite a bit. My kids didn't like the sauce. They prefer a more traditional tomato sauce. - 7/6/11
