Ingredients

    1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain and Wild Rice-Herbed Chicken
    1 can (10.75 oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    12 oz. of Water
    4, boneless and skinless chicken breast
    1 cup Chicken Broth

Directions

1. Bake chicken in broth for 20 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, covered in tin foil. Turn it down to 275 degrees Fahrenheit for about another hour.

2. Mix the rice and seasoning packet together.

3. Mix the soup and water together.

4. Mix the rice and soup mixture together.

5. Put the mixture in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for about 35 minutes at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
