Ingredients

-2 Bell Peppers(or more there will be extra rice/beef)
-16oz ground beef
-I box rice a roni spanish rice
-i can diced tomatoes
-1/4 white onion
Directions
4 servings. Follow directions for cooking the spanish rice and include the beef, add the onions when rice is almost cooked. Cut the peppers in halves. Add the cooked beef/spanish rice mix to each pepper(approx 1/2 cup per pepper). Bake in oven 10-15 min until peppers are soft.
