Ingredients

    4 red bell peppers
    16 oz ground turkey
    1 packet tasty bite chunky chickpeas
    1 egg
    1 cup cooked rice
    1/2 cup chili sauce


Directions

Halve bell peppers and remove seeds. Mix turkey through rice together. Stuff bell peppers with mixture. Top with 1 tb chili sauce per 1/2 pepper.

Arrange in slow cooker. Cook in slow cooker on low 5-6 hours.
