    1 whole wheat pita
    4 slices fresh tomato
    1 clove garlic, minced
    3 thin rings red onion
    1/4 tsp dried or 1 tsp fresh oregano
    2 tbsp grated parmesan
    1 tsp olive oil


Preheat oven or toaster oven to 400 degrees.

Place pita on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. Top pita with tomatoes, onions, garlic, cheese, oregano, and salt. Drizzle with oil, and bake until cheese melts, about 10 minutes.

Makes 1 pizza.
