Ingredients

    3 oz. thin-sliced deli turkey (I like the sun-dried tomato)
    Flat-out whole wheat light bread
    2 leaves of romaine lettuce
    2 slices of low fat provolone cheese
    1 tbsp. poppy seed dressing

Directions

Spread dressing on flat bread and place lettuce leaves on top. Then layer cheese, turkey, and any other fresh veggies you might like - cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. Roll bread tightly and enjoy!
