Introduction

Easy and quick. An alternative to french fries or chips. My family loves them! Easy and quick. An alternative to french fries or chips. My family loves them!

Ingredients

    2/3 cup of green beans
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    Salt to taste

Directions

Cook green beans until done. Drain and put in zip loc bag with oil and seasonings. Shake up until green beans are coated. Place in foil cooking pan (or any baking dish) and bake for 25 minutes or until crisp. Eat with sandwich, hot or cold or put in frige for a snack later on. Quick and healthy.
