Ingredients

    1lb Ground beef
    80z ground pork
    5 cloves garlic
    mushrooms 1 cup
    onions raw 3 cups
    2 cans tomatoes
    2 glasses red wine
    2 tbs olive oil
    4 slices bacon chopped finely

Directions

Brown onions in oil, add garlic, mushrooms and peppers and cook for two minutes.
Add ground meat meat and cook until brown.
Add resat of ingredients, seasoning and herbs and cook on a slow heat for a minimum of 4 hours.
Makes 10 servings.
