Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1.5 cups instant oatmeal, plain
    1 cage-free egg
    6 oz. unsweetened organic applesauce
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1.5 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp nutmeg
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. crushed walnuts
    .5 c unsweetened dried cranberries
    .75 cup honey or agave nectar (I use a mix of both)

Directions

Mix. Make 50 small cookies. Bake at 350 degrees, 10-12 minutes until golden brown!
