Introduction

From a Betty Crocker cookbook my mom had when I was growing up, this tasty meatloaf is easy and hearty. From a Betty Crocker cookbook my mom had when I was growing up, this tasty meatloaf is easy and hearty.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef (93/7)
1/2 C. old fashioned rolled oats
    1/2-2/3 C. milk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    1.5 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground pepper
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce

Directions

Combine all ingredients except barbecue sauce in a bowl. Mix well. Spread in a nonstick loaf pan. Top with barbecue sauce. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serves 4.

(I actually have a loaf pan with a meatloaf insert that allows the drippings out, making this meatloaf extra lean. Keep any eye out for one!)
