    Ronzoni pasta
    lean ground beef
    green pepper
    ranch style beans
    diced tomatoes with green chilies
    frozen corn chili powder
    salt pepper


cook pasta. cook beef, pepper, onion and garlic until done. stir in remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add pasta.

    That sodium would do me in. I very seldom add salt to my meat or anything like this. If the tomatoes are canned they can be replaced by fresh with your own green chilis. Also the ranch beans can be replaced by fresh or rinsed well to remove much of the sodium - 6/15/10
