Chicken (Any part of the chicken, in this recipe, I am using the leg portion. Often I use breasts or thighs)

Salsa (any brand, enough to cover the chicken in the baking dish or crok pot)

    Parmesan cheese

    Frozen Corn

Put the chicken and salsa into a baking pan or your crock pot. If you are using the crock pot, cook for at least 2 hours. In a regular oven, about 60 minutes is good for one large baking pan.
When the chicken is cooked, add frozen corn and a layer of parmesan cheese on top. Continue cooking until cheese melts and forms a crispy topping. If you are cooking in the oven, this adds an additional 20 minutes. In the crock pot this adds the same amount of time, but the cheese will melt and may not become crispy (but it's just as tasty!)
