This smoothie is the perfect kick-start for the day... sure to wake you up! This smoothie is the perfect kick-start for the day... sure to wake you up!

Ingredients

    .5 c. Pineapple Juice
    .5 c. Lite* Soy Milk
    1 medium apple, sliced
    1 stalk of celery
    1 tsp. Kelp powder
    .5 tsp. Ground flaxseed
    1 tsp. Fresh ginger root, peeled
    .25 tsp. Honey
    .25 tsp. Cinnamon

Directions

Combine all ingredients plus 2-3 ice cubes in blender and blend until mixture is smooth. Pour and enjoy!
