    2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
    2 cups fresh blueberries
    One two-crust pie crust
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tbl flour


Preheat oven to 375. In a bowl, combine fruits, sugar and flour. sprinkle with a little nutmeg or cinnamon if desired. Line piepan with one crust. Spoon in fruit filling, top with other crust, flute and cut steam vents. Bake for 45 -60 minutes till crust is brown and fruit is oozing.

    My daughter and I thought it was good. My son said it was a little sour, but I think that was the fruit. My husband said it was o.k. They added a scoop of ice cream with it. I forgot to mix flour in, so I just sprinkled it on top of the fruit before adding the second crust. - 7/22/07
