    2 Medium Beets Chopped
    4 tsp garlic (More to taste)
    2 tbsp Romano Cheese
    2 tbsp Pine Nuts
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1/4 Cup Water
    1 Cup Loosely Packed Basil


Add to food proccessor and puree till smooth. Add more water to get a smooth consistency. Serve with pasta. (Pasta not included on nutritional count)
