    2.5 cups chopped broccoli (205 grams)
    1.25 cups chopped asparagus (155 grams)
    2/3 cup diced onion (65 grams)
    75 grams (1/2 cup) chopped yellow pepper
    1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces
    1.25 tbsp. olive oil, divided
    1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper


Combine all ingredients in a gallon ziplock bag, saving 1/4 tbsp. of olive oil. Mix well, spreading the coating over the entire mixture. Spray a wok with pam. Heat to high. Ad 1/4 tbsp of olive oil. Then add stir fry mixture. Toss as it cooks for 5-10 minutes until chicken is done.
