Introduction
Basic soup using a mix of available vegetables. Can add pretty much anything you want except cauliflour...which becomes overpowering. This is my go to soup. I add pasta some days, chicken on others, parmesan, rice, soy beans, lentils, whatever to make a whole meal. Basic soup using a mix of available vegetables. Ingredients

Crushed tomatoes, garlic, onion, celery, carrots, zuccini, mixed other veggies and chicken stock.
Directions
Makes about 8 - 2 cup servings. Brown onion and celery. Throw everything else in pot and cook for an hour. Salt and pepper, thyme to taste.
