Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups Okra, sliced
    1/2 cup Onion, chopped
    1 pkg Bacon, cut into bite-sized pieces before cooking
    2 cups White Rice, cooked

Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon pieces and onion, do not drain. Add okra, and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until okra begins to get brown on the edges. Stir in cooked rice.
