    2 tilapia filets or other mild white fish
    1 lemon
    2 pats butter


Preheat oven to 350
Place tilapia in casserole dish
Place one pat of butter on each filet
Squeeze 1/2 lemon over each filet
Bake for 15 minutes or until you can flake it with a fork.
