Ingredients

Pineapple, fresh, 2 cups diced
Apples, fresh, .5 medium
Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices
Carrots, raw, 1 medium
2 cups greens (I used salad greens from my garden)
Banana, fresh, .5 extra large)
4 ice cubes
Directions
Add to blender in order listed. I have a vitamix so if needed I used the tamper to press the ingredients down. Start on low then work up to variable 10 (if you have vitamix) then turn to high for about a 30-45 seconds or until desired consistency.
If you have a regular blender I would probably pulse the ingredients first then work my way up to a high blend.
