    6 Small red potatoes, quartered
    6 Shallots, peeled
    1 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 garlic clove, minced
    .5 tsp rosemary, dried
    .5 tsp thyme, dried
    .5 tsp parsley, dried
    salt ,dash
    pepper, dash


Serves 4
Preheat plank to 350

Saute garlic in butter, remove from heat. Add balsamic vinegar, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley and blend with garlic butter sauce. Toss the potatoes and shallots in the herb mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Pour mixture into the oval of the preheated plank. Roast for 40 to 50 minutes until the potatoes are tender and browned at the edges.
