Pea soup -- Pea soup --
Number of Servings: 12


    1 bag of split yellow peas
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 onion chopped
    PAM spray
    1 large can of diced tomatoes
    handful of washed fresh spinach
    garlic powder


Saute the onion, celery and carrot. Add the peas and stir around. Add the water, tomatoes and spinach. Season to taste. Cook on a simmer until the peas are cooked and mushy.
