    1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    1/4 cup olive oil
    4 tsp yellow mustard
    3 tsp (unpacked) dark brown sugar
    3 cloves of garlic, smashed
    2 tsp Kosher salt
    1/2 tsp dried thyme
    1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp dried oregano


Whisk all ingredients except oil until mixed well, then add olive oil a dribble at a time and whisk. Or place all ingredients in a screw top glass container and shake vigorously.

Makes 10 2-tbsp servings
