Introduction

A fun way to eat couscous! Lots of colors and flavors and textures! Great cold OR warm! A fun way to eat couscous! Lots of colors and flavors and textures! Great cold OR warm!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    2 bunches (1 cup chopped) Green Onions
    3 servings Crasins
    Grape Tomatos (1 dry pint)
    Near East Parmesan Couscous
    Alouette Feta Cheese (or whatever kind you like)

Directions

Make couscous first according to package. Put aside (if you want to eat it warm) or chill for 30-45 min (if you want it cold). Chop up green onions and halve the tomatoes. Mix in feta and pecans. Optional: if cold, drizzle with some EVOO, if warm just eat it! 1 cup servings if you want to eat it as a meal, 1/2 cup if it is as a side.
