    4 Hard boiled Eggs - I use Egglands Best
    1 Tblsp Yellow Mustard
    1 Tblsp Pickle Relish with juice - no need to drain
    1 Tblsp Mayo w/Olive Oil Reduced fat


Hard boil the eggs and let them cool. Slice them up. I use an egg slicer and slice two ways.
Add mustard, relish and Mayo and stir.

Great on toast or with crackers
