    Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Sticks 80g or 1 cup crushed
    Butter, salted, .25 cup
    Lime Juice, 1 lime
    lime zest, 1 tsp
    Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, sliced
    Splenda, 2/3 cup
    philladelphia light cream cheese, 1 pkg 250 g
    CoolWhip Low Fat - 95% Fat Free, 1 cup


Make pretzels into crumbs in food processor. Combine with melted butter. Line a round cake (9") with Saran wrap and press crumb mixture into it. Place in freezer. Combine cream cheese and splenda in med bowl and beat until light. Add in lime zest and juice. beat again to combine. Add in strawberries and combine well. Add in thawed coolwhip and blend throughly. Pour into prepared crust. Return to freezer for at least 3-4 hours until firm.
Makes 10 servings. Can be served with extra berries and coolwhip( not included in calorie count)
