It's almost raw anyway. It's almost raw anyway.
Number of Servings: 8


    2 apples peeled and cored
    1/4 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup ground flax meal
    Juice of half a lemon


Put everything into food processor and mix well. Spread onto flex sheet in dehydrator. Dehydrate for 20 hours.

I read somewhere once to flip it after 10 hours which may be easier, but I was sleeping and it came out fine.
