Introduction

High protein, high fiber delicous soup! High protein, high fiber delicous soup!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 box organic chicken broth
    4 chicken breasts (boneless skinless)
    1 head cabbage
    5 carrots
    1 large white onion
    1.5 cups diced celery
    2 tablespoons Organic low sodium chicken base (
    assorted fresh herbs (I used thyme, oregano & bay)
    salt
    pepper
    water

Directions

Chop all veggies and cut chicken breasts into chunks.
Add all ingredients except cabbage to the pot and top off with 6 cups of water. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked and carrots are just about tender. Next add cabbage and simmer for an additional 10 minutes until cabbage softens. Enjoy!!
