    2 10oz. packages of frozen spinach
    1 cup evaporated milk
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1/4 cup light margarine
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 and 2/3 cup water

    1/3 cup white flour mixed with 1/3 cup water


Take two frozen packages of spinach and remove packaging. Place spinach in a bowl. Cook in microwave for 6 minutes. Meanwhile, get a 4 quart saucepan and put butter and bouillon cubes so the butter melts and the cubes begin to dissolve. When spinach is somewhat thawed put in pan with butter and cubes.

Warm ingredients on medium heat. Quickly add garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir. Place milk and water in the pan. cook on medium heat until mixture is warm and cooked and almost ready.

To thicken, put flour in a small bowl with equal parts water then stir into pan. Stir and cook until thickened.

Makes 10- 1 cup servings
