    Onion 1.25 Cup chopped
    Carrots 1.25 Cup chopped
    Parsley dried 3 Tbl
    Vegetable Broth 2 Cup
    Walnuts 7 halves chopped


rince quinoa, cook all ingredients except the walnuts for about 15 min then stir in walnuts serve warm or cold
