    1 Cup Whole Wheat Pancake Mix
    1 Cup 1% Milk
    1 Egg
    1/2 Cup applesauce
    1/2 tsp apple pie spice
    1 oz ground walnuts
    1 cup blueberries
    3 tablespoons brummel


Mix all wet ingredients, add dry ingredients except blueberries.
Working in batches place 1 tbls brummel in pan for first batch and add pancake mix to griddle. When pancakes bubble (with little wholes in top) place blueberries on top and flip. Cook on this side only 1 more minute. Makes 15 pancakes. Carbs calculated per pancake so depending on how many you serve yourself, add that number to the calculator.
