    12 slices Sara Lee 45 calorie bread
    4 oz low fat cream cheese
    1 egg white
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 tsp cinnamon
    buttery spray

    5 T Splenda
    1/2 T cinnamon


Mix cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, Splenda and half an egg white. Cut crusts off bread, and spread with mixture. Roll up tightly and cut each one in thirds. Coat each roll in spray butter, then in cinnamon sugar mixture and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Serves 36 pieces.
