    8 oz. tomato sauce
    8 oz. water
    5 tbsp chili powder
    2 tbsp minced onions (sauteed)
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 tsp paprika
    1 tsp oregano
    1 tsp salt
    1 pkg Morningstar Farms Prime crumbles


Combine tomato sauce, water, and all spices in a crock pot on high for about 20 minutes or in saucepan on medium heat for about 20 minutes. When sauce has cooked for a while, add frozen Morningstar Farms prime grillers and stir to mix all ingredients. Turn crockpot (recommended method) to low or warm until ready to serve. If using stove top, cook on low for about 30 minutes. Do not over cook the soy crumbles or they will get rubbery.
