Introduction

Quick and easy muffins. Quick and easy muffins.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup enriched flour
    1 1/2 cups Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tbsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp allspice
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 apple (medium) - grated
    1 carrot (medium) - grated
    I large egg
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1/4 cup Orange Juice

Directions

Preheat oven to 425F.

Mix dry ingredients, add wet ingredients and mix together using a wooden spoon until well blended.

Place into lined (or greased) muffin tins (fill cups half-way) and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.

Makes 12 muffins.
