    1/2 C sugar
    1/2 C brown sugar
    3 TBS Olive Oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp almond extract
    3 C flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 C sliced almonds
    1/2 C cranberries


Cream first 5 ingredients until fluffy. Add flour and baking powder. Stir in almonds and cranberries.
Roll into a 20 inch log and bake @ 350 on an ungreased baking sheet for 30 minutes. Using a sharp knife slice into 24 pieces and place flat on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 300 for 10 minutes, turn and bake an additional 5 minutes or untill lightly browned.
Cool and store in an air tight container.
