Introduction

Ingredients

    1 bag Uncle Ben's Boil in a Bag Brown Rice
    2 egg whites
    1/4 c cooked and drained spinach
    8 medium shrimp (I used what I found in the freezer section- 60 cal a serving)

Directions

Cook eggs and spinach in a skillet, scramble. In the same skillet (cleaned), sautee shrimp in fat free broth 10 minutes or until white. Add salt, pepper, maybe cilantro to your taste. Boil rice according to directions. Mix all together in large bowl, serve immediately.
