Number of Servings: 4


    16 oz Fresh Cod Fillet (4 oz each for 4 servings)
    3 tbsp Flour
    3 tbsp Plain Bread Crumbs
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
    1/4 tsp Onion Salt ( or 1/8 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt)
    1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese


Combine dry ingredients. Mix well. Spray both sides of cod fillets with butter spray. Place in dry mixture and coat both sides well. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick spray and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

Onion salt is figured into calorie counts, so sodium may be higher if Lawry's Seasoning salt is used.

Serves 4 (4 oz) fillets
