    1 medium apple
    1 medium pear
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1/8 medium melon
    1 cup canned pineapple chunks


cut all of the fruits into bite sized pieces and toss together with a little lemon juice and some of the juice from the canned pineapple. Makes five one cup servings.
