    1 10oz package frozen chopped broccoli
    1 tsp dried basil
    3 Tbsp flour
    ½ tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1 cup low fat milk
    1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 4oz carton of egg substitute or 4 eggs, scrambled
    1 ½ cup chopped cooked chicken
    ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    ¼ tsp paprika


Preheat oven at 350. Cook broccoli according to package and drain. Spray 9” pie pan.

Combine flour, basil salt & pepper in bowl. Add milk & mustard, stir until blended. Stir in egg/egg substitute. Add chicken, broccoli and ¼ cup cheese. Pour into pan and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and paprika.

Bake 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before serving.
