Ingredients

    6 Hard Boiled Eggs
    4 Tbsp Butter
    4 Tbsp Flour
    3 Cups Nonfat Milk
    10 Slices Wheat Bread

Directions

Hard boil eggs and peel and half the eggs, separating the yolk from the white. Crumble the yolk in a small bowl & chop the whites in a separate bowl. In medium saucepan melt butter. Add flour and stir until flour is cooked. Stir in milk all at once, stirring constantly until it begins to bubble. Once bubbling it will begin to thicken. Cook 1 more minute. Add the egg whites. Next, toast the bread and serve as following. 2 pieces of toast on the plate topped with the white sauce and sprinkled with yolk. Salt and pepper to tast.
